• Paid Advertising (Meta, Google)
• Influencer Marketing
• Web Development & Design
• Brandshoots (Photo & Video)

All services are customized as per client objectives and governed by separate agreements or scope of work (SOW).

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate brand and business information
• Deliver creative materials or approvals in a timely manner
• Adhere to timelines and payment schedules as agreed

3. Service Delivery & Revisions

• Revisions are limited as per agreement
• Delays in feedback from clients may impact project timelines
• We reserve the right to refuse or modify campaigns that go against our ethical or legal standards

4. Payment & Refunds

• Payment terms are defined in proposals or contracts
• No refunds are provided once a campaign has been executed or work has commenced
• Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Intellectual Property

Content created by Mishram.Media for clients belongs to the client post full payment, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to showcase project outcomes in our portfolio.

6. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for loss of revenue, data, or reputation due to campaign outcomes or platform changes (e.g., algorithm shifts). We commit to best practices but cannot guarantee specific results.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand.
